| Kathy Parmenter | Over the years, we have done quite a bit of business with this company, and found we usually prefer doing business with the Clarinda store, but this time was a disaster. We took a piece of plywood with us so we would be certain to get the exact type and color we needed to finish a job. We were assured they had the product we needed. We paid, they loaded, but when we got home, the board was inferior with blotches and marks on it and totally the wrong color. In fact, there was no color. How can you mistake white for mahogany? We called back and their explanation was it wasn't our fault! We don't have any control over the color! What?! We specifically told them wanted the color of board we showed them. Very disappointed in them. The least you can do is take ownership of your mistake and correct it. I think we will probably not being doing business with them again. |
