I am so happy with my decision to have Valenta come to my home. Not only were they fast to get to my house but their price was also fantastic. Speed and price are great when dealing with service issues, but the absolute best part of the entire experience was the plumber Kevin. I had tried to do the repairs myself first and had them almost complete but due to a lack of experience wasn't quite able to finalize everything. Kevin was insanely knowledgeable and incredibly patient with me and explained everything he was doing while I looked over his shoulder like a curious 4yr old. Not only did he complete the job I wasn't able to, he was also able to repair a leaking shower downstairs for me on his way out of the house in a matter of minutes. That was a 2nd job that would have taken me hours that I hadn't even planned to tackle that day at all. Valenta will be my only call for any work from here on out & I will request Kevin every time. However, from my experiences calling them to book the appointment & pay my bill it seems that all of their employees are as well trained and knowledgeable as he is. This company is hands down the best plumber in Cedar Rapids. Over time in my old house they have done a variety of jobs. The latest was replacing pipe in the basement that another contractor mistakenly broke. They are efficient and dependable and use the latest techniques.
