He found we had a cascade of failures up to and including a new disposal. At that time, we got signed up for their partnership program, and set it up for Amber to set up plumbing, electrical, and plumbing inspections. They come with the membership. We ended up having two electricians out. Both were professional and explain what we needed, what we could do, and what would we be able to do and not break the bank. Which is good because the water heater was not going to last until October when we planned our next big investment. Nate worked out a estimate with a couple options. We went with the full boat, water heater, furnace, AC with humidifier and conditioner rolled in. He found us financing and a coupon, not to mention the discount for being a partner. Within a week we had Nate, George, and Michael and their helpers in. They cleaned up everything, explained it all, laughed at our cats, and made us feel comfortable and confident with our choices. Nate assured us we can go with either the kitchenette upstairs or the powder room downstairs next, especially if we bake more cookies. |
