After every issue we've had oh, the joys of owning a home!, we are always so happy that we called Benjamin Franklin. Everyone that they have sent over has been great. Today, Dustin helped us with a problem with a floor drain in our basement/funky smell. Not only did he know exactly what the issue was & how to fix it within seconds of looking at it, he took his time to look at everything thoroughly & made sure there would be no more issues when he left. He patiently answered all of the questions we had about the drain issue, as well as some questions we had about our water heater. I'm sure he's heard the same questions over & over - he was a saint through it all! He is always honest & real, which we love. And he doesn't mind the kiddo's running around, or slightly messy home. We would recommend this company to anyone looking for a job done well, by punctual, knowledgeable, honest, friendly people.
