| Kathy Rensing | It was difficult to find a company who could work on our failed sewer lift station pump. They were able to come out the next day, and had the necessary pump in stock! It was a large job, and it went smoothly. The pump was replaced, but the next day an older pump failed, which they scheduled and fixed, as well. We were pleased with the service and promptness. Due to the industrial nature of the two pumps large home, several bathrooms, there was no "economical" price break, but we were charged an amount which was in line with another time when we had to replace the pump, as well. New pumps now cost as much, but do not last longer. Our previous one only lasted 5 years. Roto Rooter's service was as advertised, fast and efficient, and able to handle the situation. |
