We called late in the evening because we had a leak in our basement and they said they were a 24 hour service. They told us it wasn't worth coming out that night but that we could set up an appointment for the next day. We had to pay up front but they never gave us a time to expect them, just that they would give us a call when they could come over. We ended up getting a different plumber that could come over sooner and when we called them back to cancel they said they could refund us the money minus a 75 “booking fee”. We weren't informed of a booking fee when we called and the gentleman we spoke with was incredibly rude. I understand a small inconvenience fee for canceling however we were never even given an appointment time so their excuse of lost potential business was a joke. Not impressed with this business or their customer service.

Was told once the deposit of 125 was made, the plumber would be out same day. I was VERY clear about paying up front and not recieving the service the same day. I was assured the services would be the same day. I can understand circumstances, however, I'm not going to have the guy who was scheduled tell me one thing, just to have the person who scheduled tell me not one but TWO different things in two phone calls. I paid the deposit, services weren't rendered. only excuses as to why they wouldn't be the same day as promised. will NEVER call again.
