Mark Wagner	I operate a gas station with convenience store and one of my cooler door's hinges had given out. I looked up H&G, and gave them a call. They had sent a tech out the next day. He spent less than ten minutes in the store, hit me with a 112 bill due COD, for "diagnosis", and stated that he would put the order in for the repair. Here, weeks later and after a follow up call to their office to see what the status is of my repair, I am still with a broken door. Customer service is beyond poor. Tech was inexperienced, unskilled, and unprofessional. I would not recommend H&G to anyone of my colleagues- let alone an enemy. No thanks to H&G, but I found the parts online and fixed the hinge myself for less than the cost of their initial call.
