They treat their customers with zero repsect, the manager is very rude. I would have left a long time ago if we had another water company in our area. Your bill can be 1o and they will charge you 76 without BEING NOTIFIED OF THESE CHANGES, when you ask about why your being charged this they say well it's in the newspaper as if most people still check the damn newspaper. |

I wish there was some competition for silver creek water company so that I could either go to them for water or so that SCWC would treat their customers better. They are fully aware of the monopoly they have on the community and they take full advantage of it. They cut you no slack, they do not work with you, and they treat you like ! All because they know you cannot do anything about it besides move. I called to speak to a manager and the woman who answered had the nerve to ask me who was calling like it was any of her business. Then I got the manager Heidi on the phone who was rude and would not answer my questions. After not answering my questions she hung up on me. Beware Of Heidi. Worlds worst manager who does not value her customers in any way. After she had the nerve to get rude with me and then hang up on me, I asked her if she hung up on all of her customers. She then had the nerve to tell me that I was NOT a customer right after she told me to bring her 90. |
