Tim and Chase were awesome! I had 15 vents cleaned on 03-12-2020 and when they arrived, they greeted me with smiles. I invited them in and they began to explain in detail what they were going to do and how it was to be done. I didn't have to ask any questions because they explained the process to me thoroughly! It added an extra boost of confidence and reassurance that I had hired the right company to do the job. I had done research online to compare prices for 15 vents to be cleaned and I was taken back at the prices the"other" companies were charging! The last time I had all of my vents cleaned was approximately 20 years ago. I have always had multiple cats and dogs over the years, so I apologized in advance for the condition of that my vents may be in. Tim and Chase just smiled and stated they understood. The night before 03-11-2020 Chelsea called from ANR to confirm that we were still a go for 03-12-2020 and I appreciated the professionalization from ANR. It made me feel that I was more than just another "income" for the company. I have 2 big dogs and Tim and Chase stated they loved dogs. I brought "my boys" inside to introduce them to Tim and Chase since these strangers are in their home. My boys smelled them and I gave Tim and Chase a dog bone fore each dog and my boys warmed up to Tim and Chase so much that they both were following them room to room. Tim and Chase didn't mind and gave my boys lots of attention. I have lived in Jeffersonville, IN all of life and really wanted to keep my business on the "Sunny Side Of Louisville". It means a lot to me to support my community as well as surrounding communities. I especially love to support small business owners and I couldn't be more happier to support ANR. The end of my vents be being cleaned, there was nothing to clean up! Tim and Chase had even taken the time to change my furnace as it was time to do so. I had not changed the furnace filter intentionally because I was waiting until the vent cleaning was done. If you are looking for a company that really wants your business, treats you as though you are more than just an income for the company, professionalism, very friendly and very prompt on time then ANR is the company for you. We had two area rugs cleaned and they look awesome! Tim showed up on time, was very friendly and professional. He took two years of dirt off in no time and the rugs look like new! I will definitely recommend this company.
