We called Roto-Rooter to help us with our kitchen renovation. We had new countertops installed and needed a plumber to conduct all the plumbing work. Every part of the company's service was outstanding from the efficient scheduling and amazing customer service to the actual labor. Our plumber Matthew came over to help us uninstall and remove the old sink on a Thursday. While here, he provided his expertise, made us aware of the process, and conducted himself professionally. Because the countertop install required us to wait a day before installing the sink, we needed Matthew to come back on a Saturday morning his day off. He happily accommodated us and was entirely focused on providing us the best experience possible. We absolutely loved his work and personality. We're so happy he was assigned to us and will certainly be requesting him for our future needs. We highly recommend Roto-Rooter as a whole. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Called for the free estimate and was told a rep would be here in a few hours. He was here in less than 1 hour and finished the job in less than 2 hours from the time of my original call. I have to get my kitchen drain line cleaned out every 4 to 5 years. Though it is nothing special the line has several turns and is a bit longer than one would expect. He did the job exactly as I had asked thoroughly clean the total line length and not just remove the blockage and definitely to my satisfaction. Of course, like always the house is just as clean when they are finished as it was when the tech arrived.
