I will give them credit, we were scheduled between 9-12 and they were here by 9:10. Only problem, I didn't have time to get our dog put up before they arrived, so he barked the entire time. Annoying for them and us. Only took less than a half hour to clean the traffic areas in 3 rooms, stairs and a hallway, so will have to wait until dried to see if look cleaner. Cost was great if the carpets look cleaner. The staff was very professional, just wished they would have called first. |
