We have been Greenwell customers for years and every time we call them, they exceed our expectations! One of our hot water heaters was leaking so I called this morning. Tim Ruble was here right away! He couldn't have been any nicer! And so clean and neat! He wore shoe covers every time he came in the house, cleaned up great and was so patient explaining what needed to be done. He even FaceTimed my husband so he understood what needed to be done. Tim went above and beyond what needed to be done! All I can say is they do quality work every time! The price is always what they quote me at the onset. Some companies do the bare minimum and charge way too much. But Greenwell does high quality work, has excellent customer service and is a good value! I will call them every time!

Brian did some extensive plumbing repair in my home and was very professional and did a good job. He explained everything in lay terms a person can understand. Before he started working he gave me a very good estimate of repairs needed. I would have rated the company at a 5 except for the fact that the person I scheduled with gave me incorrect pricing and it was a rather significant difference.

They came in and charged me 900 to find a broken pipe and replace it. They broke tile all across the bathroom floor and they didnt clean up their mess. The drain water was splattered all over the shower and bathtub. I will not use again.
