Kudos to Randal P in cabinets. He helped us find a wall cabinet to match the finish and style of a vanity that we had previously ordered but that did not have a matching wall cabinet. We very much appreciated his help and expertise.

I've had fairly consistent experiences at this store with employees being completely unable or unwilling to think through the most simple customer service issues. This evening I felt the consistency warranted a review. I had gathered all the material to tile my tiny bathroom and was waiting in line not too long before closing. Each cashier had a line so I waited for several minutes, no worries. I paid for my items, but was then told the fiberock I needed was in the barn and they were closing so I would have to come back tomorrow. What?! I just paid for it. Could they not have radioed back there to tell them they just had a purchase and even give them a heads up on what was needed? If you order a pizza ten minutes before closing do the oven guys just not finish cooking the pizza at closing time? This is insanity. Now I have all the products except the very first item needed to start the project I had hoped to finish on Labor Day weekend.
