We understand jobs that technicians are on can take longer than expected, my brother is in the trades. When we called there we were told the tech was on his way. An hour and a half later, still no technician. Before we left, we called again to make sure he was still coming but no one answered. Poor customer service/communication.
	We were loyal customers of Anderson Plumbing until recent service. I'm not complaining about the technician or the service itself, this is to complain their way over-priced service. A freaking rip off and lied about how the 2nd hour should be calculated. Will never call them again for the plumbing service.
