| v65wings45 . | I cannot believe the poor quality of these homes! Cheap doors that rot out. No sill pan or sill barrier installed. Door jamb rotted out all the way through the subfloor. Here came the termites. House was not pre treated for termites when we thought it was. Stick rafters which is now causing the roof to sag in different areas. No rebar installed in concrete driveway. Two major cracks developed within a year! Cheap noisy garage door, even when it was brand new. Walls built on 23 inch center's! White very cheap insulation in the attic! Nails all through the subfloor that missed the floor joust. Now the floors are squeaking terribly! Very, very cheap linoleum! I have seen better in single wide trailers! Attic vent motor burned up after 2 years of use! I would not recommend this builder to anyone! |
