Plumbing services by Drees Homes Design Center in Indianapolis, Indiana

After comparing numerous other builders in the local area, none of them got as high marks in my book as Drees. Everything from the staff, to the quality of the materials and building process, to communication and concern for me as the customer was above and beyond my expectations and what I had experienced at other builders. Highly recommend Drees Homes to anyone looking for the highest quality and customer support in their home building/buying experience.

Personnel are wonderful. I visited the facility several times, both before and after our one-on-one appointment. There are so many choices for finishes that it is overwhelming. Plan on making several visits to finalize making up your mind. You are also allowed to make changes for budgetary reasons. Also review the contract several times to ensure that your wishes and the contract agree before you sign off on it.

Stay away from Drees! Bad company. After three extensions our house still was incomplete. Worse yet is that 100 of the work is done by subs who care little about the quality of their work. Bad actors. No remorse. We walked away the day before closing. Suggest you do the same.
