| Brian W | Called Scott from Holland Plumbing and Heating to come over for a quote for new duct work and furnace replacement. He came over same day and measured outside sq. footage of my home. I showed him our old Trane Furnace unit. His comment was its "gonna cost ya" ummm yeah I realize furnace replacement and duct work isnt cheap. I'm not sure if he thought I was indigent or just a typical shyster with comments like that. Anyways after looking at the unit he asked if I had another access to our basement/crawlspace where the duct work is located which he didnt look at. After that he said he would have a quote for me by Wednesday. It was a Friday he came over and looked! Needless to say 2 weeks later I've heard nothing back from him. All I ask is just be HONEST and up front if you didnt want to do the job and make money. Dont tell me your going to give me a quote and not follow through. |
