Paul was great! He gave me an estimate of work the evening prior and was able to start work the following day. He was also very courteous and polite and listened to and understood my concerns and constraints. He did a great job and felt that I was not taken advantage of on the hourly rate as he was able to get the job done fast and correctly. Will go to them next time for my plumbing needs

Paul was very competent and accommodating. Did the work very quietly and quickly as I napped. He explained everything to me in detail and explained all the costs thoroughly. I am unsure of the product suitability as it takes a while to get up to full capacity but seems to be doing well now.

I was able to get emergency services with effective solution to sump pump failure problem promptly on Saturday! It was very easy to schedule needed repairs to our sump pump drainage line outside. Paul did a great job diagnosing the problem on Saturday and then trenching a new sump pump drainage line through our side yard filled with rocks & roots across a walk way while managing to preserve our landscaping. Time to complete the job was reasonable, charges were reasonable & quality of work was excellent.
