Had a backed up basement floor drain. I called first thing in the morning and they came right out. It was quite the clog, but they never gave up and stayed friendly throughout the whole experience. Plus, they cleaned up after themselves very nicely. I'm beyond grateful they were recommended to me. I will never call anyone else!!

Rick Adams Plumbing really takes care of you. We had a water leak and I called him on Friday and he came right over and checked it out. He then called and had the people come and mark where the undergound wires were at. They came out that day and marked them. If it had been a little earlier in the day Rick could have had us fixed the same day. We are very thankful that he came Monday Morning and got us fixed up and going again. He gets a 150 Recommendation from the Phillips's Again we say thanks Rick and God bless your business.

Rick himself came out on the same day for non-emergency toilet flush problem. He identified the problem in the neighborhood sewer system and got them out in a hurry to fix that. He then took the amateur plumbing that I had already tried, before calling him, and fixed it. Plus he was courteous and respectful. Couldn't have a higher recommendation.
