When you live in an area where it's very cold you need a company that can respond to your furnace needs quickly and help you in an emergency. I appreciate the fast and great service I experience. I did an online request and the response was immediate after I put in the request. I appreciate the tech that came to fix my furnace he was nice and professional. I also appreciate the prior homeowner work with them and I now I'm so happy with the service I received!

Kevin was very helpful and got out to our house in a timely manner. He had our furnace going faster than expected and made sure to fill us in on every detail of what was done and how we could prevent the problem from happening again. Couldn't ask for a better service and response time. Kevin went above and beyond our expectations and we couldn't be more thankful for his help.

I went in not knowing anything but had a bad part and asked if they had it . Looking at the part they said you want "this one " even though it looked nothing like the one I had brought in. So 60 dollars later the one they had sold me was the wrong part and they don't take returns even though at the bottom of the receipt it says all claims and returned goods MUSTbe accompanied by this bill. This to me seems they took advantage of my knowledge of furnace matters. And really seems bad for business
