Masterlink	Would not recommend. Very unprofessional. I was referred to Brent by a friend so I trusted that they were respected. To start, for a couple days, no one would answer the phone. Both my wife and I both called and left voicemails. No one ever returned our call. I should have stopped calling but was finally able to get a hold of Brent. Discussed the issues I had and set up an appt for a couple days out for them to come snake our cleanout. Had blocked off the time that they were supposed to show up. I even called to make sure they were coming. No answer, no return call. Never showed up. Waste of time and patience. It's one thing to miss the appt time, it's another to not contact your customer and let them know.
