We chose Plumbers Supply for our entire makeover of a condo with 3 baths and a kitchen. We received excellent expertise and service from both of the reps - suzanne and Kari. Their knowledge and advice was very helpful and valuable as we navigated thought the process. They have all the top brands and prices were competitive. Highly recommend!

When I went in to Plumbers Supply to place an order for a bathroom shower head and kitchen faucet, the person I spoke to was very knowledgeable. I was told that the parts would take 3 weeks to arrive. Two and a half months later, I still don't have them even though I paid up front for everything. I've made multiple calls and received promises that they would check and get back to me. It has now been a week since the last promise with no call back. Overall, the parts were more expensive than the same parts on line and the follow up on customer service is terrible.

I've used plumbers supply many times over the past several years for updating fixtures in my home toilets, sinks, faucets, etc.. Each time I have received exceptional customer service & high quality products. The team is very knowledgeable and always seems to have my best interests in mind. Additionally, I have sent friends to see Kari and Suzanne in the showroom for remodel projects, and they were well taken care of as well. Highly recommend!
