I went to their website, called their 1-800 number, and didn't realize I was speaking with their Louisville location. So I priced a part for 65.83. I thought to myself, "Great, I'll just run down to Evansville and pick the part up." I went to look up the location on their website and noticed that I had dialed a 1-800 number that didn't match the Evansville 1-800 number so I called Evansville's location to see if the part was in stock there. Bob from parts priced me the exact same part for 130.00 and told me the part was in stock at their location. I asked why the price change in 5 minutes from me calling Louisville!? This place needs to get their stuff together. I ordered the part online for 41.95 + 4.95 shipping. No tax! Good luck staying in business with customer service like that!
