Waited until 3 pm and after receiving no call I realized that service was something they don't or won't do. So called another company and the problem was addressed and resolved by 5 pm. Will not call or recommend Griffen P&H.

Talked to Todd in service , explained my needs, said he would call me back. No call back . Next day called again, left a message in regards to our conversation the previous day. No call back. Guess they are way too busy to return calls. Sorry. I will call another company. I am sure they will feel my needs are important. Word of mouth can do major damage.
