I called Jim at R J Wirtz Plumbing and he came right over. He was able to view what needed to be done and he went to get the needed part. After returning the same day, he had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. He was nice, professional, and competent in his repair and interaction. If, and probably when, we need another plumbing contractor, we will call Jim. |
