| Jim sparkman | We had him out to change the elements in our water heater. We had tried to get them out ourselves but couldn't. He was on time and very friendly and to no fault of his he couldn't get them out and only charged us the service call fee. He said we needed to replace the water heater due to this and it's age. We were quoted a 900 replacement. After getting a second opinion it was the thermostat that needed replaced. A 113 fix and we have had no issues since. I just think more troubleshooting would have been helpful rather than going for the payoff. This is just our experience. |
