My family hired this company to do a new HVAC at their house in 2005. Our father recently passed and I his son have been tasked with getting our mom's house into order. After attempting to find a filter and coming up unsuccessfull, I called my own company. Turns out, Hi-Tech never installed any sort of area for a filter. In addition to that, they installed a 5 ton AC unit for a 2600 square foot house way too big. It's a wonder that the blower fan has been replaced in addition to the compressor twice and multiple other issues over 13 years. I would call, but if the same people run this company as did before, I would be waiting my time.
