Maglish was paid by the city for all work they did at that visit. Today we have no water at the house its Friday 8:24am called them they said they can come the earliest Tuesday. I said so you are going to leave a house without water for 3 days and Paul's response was unless you want to pay the extra fee to have someone come on Saturday. I stated when we had the sewer problem they came on a Friday night extra fee was paid because they were busy. He than stated Mam we can never make you happy and to go somewhere else well guess what I did. Maglish Plumbing responded immediately and are in route to the house. |
