Great service. Fair Price. Friendly and knowledgeable technician. My call to the office was answered promptly and professionally, and the wonderful lady that I spoke with was both helpful, and courteous. The technician responded quickly, was able to promptly assess the situation and made a professional and timely repair. I'm a manager of multiple apartment communities, and will definitely utilize Riverway's services in the future, as well as recommend them to others. Great company and fabulous people.

Larry at Riverway Plumbing did an awesome job plumbing gas lines in our house. Even worked out in the cold when he was sick, really came through for us since we had Vectren scheduled to hook our meter up the next day.

Stay away from this plumber! Technician came out to put a new faucet in our kitchen. Told me this could be a 3-4 hour job as our pipes may shatter & have to be replaced. Said shut off valves needed to be replaced. I called my husband & fortunately my husband knows enough about plumbing & he said get that man out of our house. This man told us other stuff that was wrong but I won't go into it here. We unfortunately had to pay the trip charge to these people but we now have a new faucet that DID NOT take 3-4 hours to do & replacing a ton of other stuff. I just want people to beware of this company.
