Well this is quite surprising, and I'll keep it short as well as keep the current crisis situation in mind, however, I HAD been coming here for a LONG time until today when I pulled up, I noticed they were doing pickup orders only, they advertised to call it in. So as I pull in I see one other customer picking up there items, normal right? I park in there driveway and call, and I ask if I could pickup a small part for around 7 to fix my kitchen sink, They are advertising they close at 6, and this is at 440 Im on the phone, it would have taken less then 10 minutes or the whole transaction, but instead I'm told, “yes we have the part you need, but no you can't pick it up today we aren't accepting anymore orders,” those exact words. The store doesn't close for over another hour and I could visibly see workers leaning around doing nothing. I don't know if this would bother anyone else but I will never go back, I felt very disrespected by the attendants attitude and employees work ethic. Over something so small to...Seems like a clubby place to buy items that are over priced anyways. I try to support local but they are the definition of entitlement where it's not necessary.
