Holiday on-call repair serviceman didn't have the manners to return my call today, after waiting approximately four hours. I had to call back, and was told service man refused to come, because I have the flu. Our furnace went out in middle of night, no heat, and I have flu symptoms. I guess if you are sick, in bed, on another level of house, service cannot be delivered to your home, even though we purchased our furnace from Hirt & Ellco. Never again. Called another local, he was here in less than 30 minutes. I remember Janet Hirt, she would not have been pleased, even if serviceman had his right to refuse service.
