Sal Settecase	Bad deal, they don't stand behind their work. Had a sump pump and back up system put in July of 2019. It failed today and Excel would not stand behind their work. Had a local plumber come in as the water was rising, called excel to let them know what happened. They said sorry we can't trust your telling the truth so your out of luck. My advice ...... look for a more reputable provider. In fact I don't feel what they did was close to being ethical, and will be placing a call to the better business bureau.
