Water heater sprung a bad leak and three hours later my new heater was in. Knew the prices and they were fair. Excellent workmanship. Neat, polite, friendly. Installed some extra valves and pointed out coupons I could use on the web site. Plumbers all seem to use a price schedule which is why I did not rate the experience 5 stars. That said, NO service using such a schedule would get 5 stars from me so these guys are about as good as it gets. i would definitely call them again.

The Capps team did a great, professional job re-routing my sump line to an area with better access and delivering a solution that can overflow outside if the new wider underground line happens to freeze up. Water now flows to a bubble box drain that will dissipate into my yard. I'll have much greater peace-of-mind next winter knowing the thought and care that went into the solution from the Capps team.

Ryan the technician did a great job of diagnosing and fixing the problem with our water heater. His explanations were clear and understandable, and he provided honest opinions on several topics related to water heaters. He is, in my opinion, a very knowledgeable and trustworthy technician in his field, and his workmanship was top notch.
