My second time using this service. Once again they responded immediately and came to give an estimate on my toilet which had been running not leaking for a long time. To save me money, he told me which parts to order in advance. Setting up the service appointment was easy. Upon receiving the parts, they came to fix the toilet. My toilet is a European brand and what should normally be a quick interchange of parts turned out to be more complex. He took his time and wouldn't leave until things were running perfectly. He was friendly and explained everything he was doing. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Called these folks for a quote and explained my situation. The person who answered the phone made the effort to track her boss down right away to get a quote and then called back offering suggestions for how I could remedy the problem without even having them come out. So awesome of them! Clearly these folks run their business with thoughtfulness and integrity. Trust them!

Prior to finding him, I had difficulty even getting a plumber to answer the phone and the "reputable" company I finally did get was unable to fix any of the long-term plumbing issues in our apartment building. Like others here, I called him based on his excellent reviews and I can honestly say he certainly lives up to all the good things people have said about him. Besides being a very knowledgeable, skilled plumber, he is pleasant, friendly and an all-around nice guy.
