They came out, took measurements i wanted some old copper replaced also and I got a quote the next day. Installation happened shortly after that because work schedule didnt match up. Once it got installed it was quite painless on me and my bank account. Even got an appology because a second person was brought in to help assist the removal of the old water heater and placement of the new one caused the quoted price to go up slighly. They explained the increase, it was reasonable and I was more than willing to pay for the work done.
