Rick Ray and Sons are Awesome, and did a great job co-ordinating and communicating. They came right on time finished the job, Informed me what's happening and finished the job with excellence. Now my sewer pipe is clean and I don't need to worry for years. During the initial camera investigation the root balls showed just after the perimeter of the house, and I was lucky that they dug right at the same spot and fixed the issue. Another issue was found that the previous job person, did not secure the plastic pipe which connects to the sewer and since we got the right spot, this was also fixed and passed the city inspection. Great job guys... I would recommend Rick Ray to my friends as well...

We had a failing sump pump in our basement. It was just taking it's sweet time to pump out the water. Gave Rick Ray and Sons a call and we had a plumber show up in a couple of days. Since it was working sort of, I didn't figure it was a rush. Anyway, he looked it over, determined the pump was failing and had one on the truck. Fixed up the sump, a few other small bits and even advised us on the other sump pump set up. Most Excellent! We'll be calling them again when we need plumbing needs. Thanks!
