The service I received from beginning to end was excellent. I called 02/11/2020 requesting an estimate for sewer service. I spoke with Hazel whom was very customer friendly. We scheduled an estimate for the next day with a two hour window. I received a follow up call from Hazel informing me the technician was running late. I appreciated the call and that my time was valued. The technician Robert came, not only was he knowledgeable, he was friendly. I expressed to him I was very hesitant, due to being taken advantage of in the past. Robert was understanding and addressed all my concerns. A smoke test was suggested, let me just say this, this was the first company of the many I received quotes from that offered a diagnostic. The very next day Robert and Kevin came and performed the smoke test, we discovered that two toilets and a flow drain was where my problem was. The same day my toilets were properly sealed and secured and a follow up to work on the flow drain was scheduled for the following Monday. On Monday technician Jesus came, him along with another nice technician started on the sewer, we then found an even bigger issue. They got the owner Joe on the phone and we talked about options. The issue required the front yard to be dug up, Joe worked on getting the needed permits and they started the very next day. The entire experience with the Flo Max family was exceptional. I want to thank all: Hazel, Robert, Kevin, Jesus, Joe, Thomas and the other two technicians, sorry I can't recall their names. I appreciate the excellent job and customer service. I recommend Flo Max for your plumbing and sewer needs.

The crew at Flo-Maxx Plumbing & Services are great people! They response time is quick, and they have ALL the equipment needed to complete the job! Joe the owner, is friendly and answers any questions I have regarding my buildings. He did my new plumbing and jet rod my sewer system! If you are local, and need someone dependable. I changed a old and worn shower handle. Upon my completion of the job I turned the water back on and notice water leaking in the wall. Was it my fault, not sure, turned the water back off. I needed a professional plumber pronto. I found Flo-Max on Google and called it was on a Sunday. The owner arrived the next day. He was very pleasant and informative about what needed to be done. Needless to say, he took care of business. The cost was more than fair. In the future, if I need plumbing work I know who to call. Thanks Flo-Maxx.
