Not only did they not fix anything for me, they never called me to setup a repair appt for the pump. I left numerous voicemails to them, with zero response. Their negligent business practices have caused much stress as our basement has been flooding on and off for over a week. Rose plumbing inc. is a joke. They are not professional people and are indirectly responsible for our basement being ruined. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR REPAIRS. THEY ARE NOT A RESPECTABLE PLUMBER. |
