The bladder tank is not working and over 2 and a half weeks I left 3 messages on their voicemail and spoke to someone who answered the phone that told me to keep calling back until I get the owner to get a WARRANTY repair. Finally I called the emergency line and left a message and threatened to call the BBB since my mother has no water pressure and no water pressure means no hot water! He called me back and said I lied about calling his office and leaving messages and I told him I could show him my call records! Very UNPROFESSIONAL! Does not return calls!
