I find Mr. Booth difficult to work with and I believe we paid a ridiculous amount of money to have our repair done. I would NEVER use him again. He billed us 120 per hour for two people doing the work. Every time I saw them working, it was his helper working while Mr. Booth watched him. If it was a training session, why did we pay for the trainer? When the work was partly done, he drove by the house in the evening to pick up the check. This was not an evening when he had worked for us. He asked my husband for the full amount, even though not all the work was complete. Since my husband does not customarily pay the bills, he wrote him a check for the full amount, 6262.70. He charged us in advance for labor that hadn't been done, and for parts he didn't have yet. He did come back and finish the job. I asked him for receipts for the parts, the main parts, an ejector pump for 1281.00 and a backup pump system for 1465.00. He told me he would get them for me and mail them. That was in July-it is now October and I have phoned him another 5-7 times, and he keeps blowing me off. Yet, he had no problem dropping by to pick up his 6000 check. I think he way overcharged us, and is certainly not responsive to his customers. That won't be us again!!
