Edgar arrived promptly and was courteous and professional. I was impressed that he immediately put on shoe covers and was very respectful of my home. He quickly assessed my hot water heater and it was apparent that a replacement was needed. The installation was efficient and all debris was removed. I did not have to clean anything after he left. He told me that 5 star service was his objective and he would work to provide that level of service. This morning we were thrilled to have hot water again. I will use Aqua Plumbing for my future plumbing needs.

I am hoping that the issue I paid for in December was resolved today. But I have to take a deep breath and than k Ryan for putting up with a pretty intense grilling from me to revisit a water heater issue that has been plaguing us for the last 6 weeks. If its resolved hey get 5 stars. But Ryan should probably get 5 starts for enduring my frustration and still coming up with a solution. Lets hope it is fixed!

Luke has been to my home twice in the past year, once during the deep freeze -50 and again today to replace a hot water heater. He's very professional, and got the job done in a timely manor. It was late when he got to my house, after 5 P.M. and they went and got a new water heater and installed it and were finished by 9. I'm so grateful I can have a hot shower before work tomorrow!
