I recently had a water heater fail, and called Residential Plumbing for service. Got a general price over the phone and scheduled for installation the next morning. Was notified about arrival and explained the entire process for the job. Was very detailed in the work and didn't cut any corners, so highly recommend them for making sure everything was done right even if took longer. I own a service business, so very familiar with what is important and very impressed with the entire experience. All in all, good company with the right people on staff.

Residential Plumbing did a fabulous job in cleaning out our drains this morning. Communication was stellar. Team left everything better than they found it, they were professional, efficient, and even gave us tips on how to prevent this from happening in the future. Highly recommend!!

They were up front about pricing, no gotchas when the job was done. Daniel needed a part that he didn't have on the truck, so he went back to the office to get it. It was not identical to the part that needed to be replaced old and obsolete, but he was able to modify it to make it work. Personable and professional. I would hire him again.
