Buyer beware - Be careful to check the item number with the price tag. I mistakenly picked up an impact driver set that was put under the wrong price tag. I also had another item and paid for everything during checkout. When I got home I started to open the impact driver set and glanced at the receipt at the same time and noticed that the set that I thought was 23.99 was 37.99. I immediately stopped opening the the set. I didn't even remove the set from the packaging. I immediately returned the set to the store and talked to the same guy that checked me out. After looking at how the set was displayed he agreed that it was confusing. He said he had to talk to the manager since it was opened. The manager came down and said she would allow me to return the set but would charge a 20 restock fee. I can understand if I had used the set and tried to return it the next day but I returned to the store in less time than it would take to drink a can of Coke. I understand that a business needs to make money but you also need to make sure your store is organized and if it's not you should make it right without penalizing your customers.

staff member went out of their way to assist me in finding the right item! I'm super inexperienced when it comes to hardware and they were very patient and took their time to properly explain things to me. above and beyond service, very happy with my experience!
