Excellent customer service for my car emergency key copy, using my own blank. Local reputable locksmith couldn't do this job, Toyota dealer would not do this cheap, other local Ace Hardware also has to order the part and quoted higher price. He made sure himself to test the copy key if that works on my car. Really impressive service. I actually shopped around for push button smart fob and reprogrammed myself using rental unit Google: Toms keyand bought the aftermarket smart key that comes with emergency blank google: UHS hardware. Whole key cost to me was under 140 vs locksmith and dealer shop around cost around 400.

I always prefer to come here rather than the big box stores if I can help it. I needed to find a specific screw and brought in a picture of my bed where the screw had come lose and somehow disappeared. They were able to identify the exact one from the picture, helped me locate it all with a smile. Great service
