I can't believe how rudely my elderly mother was just treated at your Glen Ellyn showroom. When she entered, she was completely ignored by the two staff sitting at the desk with no other customers around. She eventually had to ask for help herself. After which she received rude replies to her questions. She's shopping to make some bathrooms more accessible. So Kohler lost significant business. Even simple questions like "Do you provide installation?" was replied to with a rude tone. I hope you work harder to assure seniors are treated with more respect in your stores. To help you identify the rude staff members, this was on Jan 2nd, 2020 around 4-5pm.
