| John Fogel | We have used these guys a couple of times for our plumbing needs. The most recent was for a septic system problem. They came immediately the same day to see if they could diagnose and remedy the situation. This turned out to be a complicated fix. They assured us that digging up the line coming out of the tank and replacing it along with a couple of clean outs would fix the problem. Not only did it fix the problem, they saved us a ton of money. Other contractors thought we needed to replace the whole septic system. Speaking of price, we were quoted a price and when a load of stone chips were necessary to complete the job they called us for approval before going ahead with the work. Can't say enough about how prompt, professional and fair these guys are. |
