| Susan Vance | Klaus has done several small jobs for us over the last couple years and we have always been satisfied with their work. Recently they installed a new sump pump on a Monday and on Saturday an alarm was going off. I called the emergency number and reported it. I ended up also sending a FB msg and got an immediate phone call from Kristi letting me know a service guy was on his way -- it was 1130p!!! Then the OWNER came out on Sunday to fix the problem -- on a SUNDAY!!! We are very impressed and thankful for their quality of customer service and timeliness. Kudos to Kristi, Tom, Danal & Jason. |
