My Sumpro battery backup was not working properly and the manufacturer directed me to Elmwood Supply where I spoke with Mike Marzullo. I thought the batteries were the problem, and I intended to buy replacement batteries about 500.00 for two. After talking with Mike and Clemente at Elmwood, they did not think it was a battery problem. They did not want to just sell me expensive batteries, they genuinely wanted to help me and were honest in doing so. Mike said that I could bring in the inverter and the batteries and they would be pleased to take them to the manufacturer for me since it was under warranty. They did just what they said they would and in about a week called to let me know they received a new replacement inverter and they were right about the batteries being fine. Truly an excellent company with trustworthy individuals who are willing to provide great service and knowledgeable advice. I highly recommend them. |
