| Jay W. | Only one person came out to rod out my basement. He was unable to do the job because he was by hisself so he made up a reason saying my pipes underground were all cracked and that my basement would not be able to be rodded out. So he packed up his equipment and said I owed him 100, and that's the best he could do because he came out. I paid him he left I called a different plumber and they came right out I wish I could remember that company's name, I'll update with the name later. Once this plumber got to my house, this time it was 3 guys, he said it wouldn't be no problem. He also said if he can't get it done I won't owe anything. He was not at my house but maybe 30 minutes and was done. No more water in the basement. Included in that 30 minutes he cleaned his equipment also and was gone. I know to call them first every time after. Ivanhoe Plumbing is definitely unprofessional and rude. |
