| Nicole Riddle | We used this company to do the plumbing so we could move our washer and dryer to a different room in our house. We hooked up our washer and dryer correctly after they left but are having problems with the got and cold water being backwards. I have called multiple times to let them know what is going on with no response. I finally called a third time and talked to a guy that did the plumbing and he told me not to touch what they did that the problem is we hooked up our washer and dryer wrong. He said "who cares of the plumbing is backwards just swap the hoses" he said if they have to come back out to see what the problem is that we will get charged a service fee. TERRIBLE COMPANY AND VERY RUDE! |
